Stoy Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an internal analytics dashboard at stoymedia.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data in connection with our use of the Meta Graph API and related services.
This dashboard is an internal business tool used exclusively by Stoy Media employees and authorized personnel. It is not a public-facing application and does not collect data from general users or third parties.

We collect the following data exclusively from our own Meta Business accounts via the Meta Graph API:
Facebook Page Metrics
- Page follower count and fan count
- Page post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
- Page reach and impressions
- Page insights and analytics data
Instagram Business Account Metrics
- Follower count
- Post-level metrics (reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Account-level insights (profile views, accounts engaged, total interactions)
- Media metadata (post type, publish timestamp)
Meta Advertising Metrics
- Ad spend data
- Ad performance metrics (impressions, CTR, leads)
- Creative performance data
- Ad account and campaign information
We do not collect any personal information from third parties, consumers, or general users of any platform. All data collected is limited to metrics and analytics from Stoy Media’s own accounts.
How We Use This Information
All collected data is used exclusively for internal business purposes:
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of Stoy Media’s own social media accounts
- Tracking advertising campaign performance and return on investment
- Generating internal reports and dashboards for Stoy Media team members
- Identifying trends in organic social media performance
We do not use this data for any external purpose, advertising targeting, or third-party services.
Meta API Permissions Used
Our application uses the following Meta Graph API permissions:

All permissions are used solely to access data belonging to Stoy Media’s own accounts. No permissions are used to access data from any other user, business, or Page.
Data Storage andSecurity
Collected metrics and analytics data are stored in a private, secured database (Supabase) accessible only to authorized Stoy Media personnel. We implement the following security measures:
- Row-level security policies restricting database access to authenticated users only
- Service role authentication for all server-side database operations
- Encrypted connections for all data transmission
- No public access to raw data or database records
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any collected data with third parties. Data is used exclusively within Stoy Media’s internal dashboard and is accessible only to authorized team members.
The only third-party services involved in data processing are:
- Meta Graph API — source of social media and advertising metrics
- Supabase — secure database hosting for storing collected metrics
- Vercel — hosting provider for the internal dashboard application
Data Retention
Analytics and metrics data is retained for internal reporting and historical trend analysis. Users may request deletion of any stored data by contacting us directly.
Your Rights
As this is an internal business tool, it does not process personal data of external individuals. Stoy Media employees and authorized users may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with their account.
Children’s Privacy
This application is an internal business tool not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the dashboard constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
