If you’re looking to grow we recommend a marketing budget around 10% of your monthly revenue. On the other hand we would recommend a monthly marketing budget of 5% of your monthly revenue if you’re looking to grow but also okay with it not being as fast.

We are different from every other agency not because we do what most aren’t and that’s go the extra mile to see a client win. We aren’t heavily focused on client wins because it’s an afterthought once we’re paid. It’s our main driver and will always be to see every client succeed and grow.

When running any advertisements we create a separate landing page on a sub domain of your main domain so that we can differentiate the landing pages from your main website.

Yes absolutely, oftentimes those 3rd party trackers track the same data we do and we’re willing to connect with whatever tracking system you have to keep us accountable.

Yes we offer full CRM integrations to meet whatever tracking needs you may need. All decisions we make are data backed and so we’re willing to work with whatever tracking needs you need.

You could realistically go down to the simplicity of a phone though it may be tricker to navigate platforms and booking pages you could make it all work from just a phone if you can get messages and place calls from it.

If this happens we make sure that we help you through every step of the process and though it may be scary; a incorrect ban is easily reversable when getting a review from their team.

This is a problem we love dealing with and the answer is yes, we can dial ads back or dial ads up at your choosing. We of course back all of our decisions around ads around data so we can make sure every decision is backed by the numbers, not just our hearts.

Every client of ours get’s a custom solution to their client acquisition system. Not every business is the same, though the principles stay the same, the final machine is custom for every client.

Yes we regularly meet bi-weekly to go over results, processes, what’s going on in your business, how to improve things, and to present any changes that may need to be approved / made.

Yes you can cancel if this isn’t working, it’s an agreement by agreement bases meaning no two contracts look alike so check your agreement for terms but the bottom line is, there is a way to get out.

Great question and that’s why we’re so results focused, so that that could be as rare as possible but it’s still happened. Just as you may not install every project perfect every time, we sometimes mess up too. We work our hardest to make it right if that happens but we aren’t going to act perfect because no one is and if they swear they are, they’re not.

We only work with one company per area and it all comes down to what your service area is. If you’ve got 2-3 offices in a state and you cover it end to end; we’ll only work with you in that state.

The onboarding process is pretty straight forward with an initial onboarding / connection call being booked within 2-4 days of the discovery call where we connect all ad platforms, domains, add setters & salesman to the CRM, etc. Then a final kick off call 5-7 days after the onboarding call where we prepare the ads, landing pages, & copy and get it approved and launched asap.

We sure hope you do! It all just comes down to is how aggressive you want to be which equates to how many leads you’ll get. Do you want to win the market or do you want to just run ads alongside competitors?

Of course, in any home service business you’re dealing with $10,000 projects not $10 t-shirts so the way someone buys is completely different. We focus on a trust first approach since that’s what a homeowner’s really looking for. They’ll pay extra to just know they won’t get screwed and most contractors we work with, unless they can’t close on the spot, tend to see a client respond / close within 60 days of the lead being quoted.

We measure success by what we can control, which is oftentimes leads. If we set the appointments for you we would be responsible for the appointments too. We take care of the cost per lead, the quality of the lead, the frequency of leads, etc. while your sales team takes care of the rest.

It depends on what you classify as results. We can only control what we can control and everything else is in your hands. We do run promotional guarantees seasonally but unless we explicitly worked out a guarantee on leads or appointments then there is none.

In all honesty, we don’t know near as much as you do. Matter of fact, if we switched jobs both of us would be confused as to what we were doing and that’s why we do what we do but haven’t replaced each other. P.S. We know enough about your industry to convince homeowners to buy from you, that’s all we need to know.

You shouldn’t just trust us because of what we say but rather you should trust us based on the results we bring in for clients like yourself. We get it, signing with a marketing agency is scary because everyone’s heard the stories already. The difference here is that this agency is built on getting results for clients because if we didn’t; we wouldn’t have ever made it this far.
