Whenever I get on a call with a home service business and they tell me that they haven’t been able to turn any leads into jobs, or that the leads are picking up and they just “Don’t remember submitting the form”,

It oftentimes comes down to one thing.

They’ve been calling the leads 30 minutes later.

See you might be able to get away with this whenever the lead comes directly from your website or through Google but at the end of the day no matter where it comes from, if you can’t call within a minute of them coming in. . .

You’re always going to have a marginal difference in the effectiveness in your leads

Sure you can generate 100 leads this month, but if your booking rate is 10%, what was it worth?

But the home service businesses able to call leads within 30-60 SECONDS are getting a marginally higher appointment setting rate than the rest

See if you call leads within 5 minutes you’re doing the bare minimum and can easily get a 20-30% set rate depending on if you also have other follow up methods like text and/or email.

Now on the other hand the businesses that call leads within 30 seconds are getting a 40-50% set rate. . .

With the same exact volume you can get 10-20% more appointments and shots on net for sales which is crazy because if you really think about it,

The only difference in more appointments than competition is simply calling 4 minutes faster!

Take that into account the next time you get leads since if you don’t have the processes to handle a large volume of leads, you’ll fall flat on your face.
